Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. Our store runs on a secure e-commerce platform and we work with trusted payment providers. Your payment details are encrypted during checkout and are not stored by us.

My payment was declined — what can I do?

Please try the following:

  • Check if your card or bank details are entered correctly
  • Try another payment method (for example a different card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, etc.)
  • Make sure there are sufficient funds on your account
  • Contact your bank in case they blocked the payment for security reasons

If the issue continues, feel free to contact us and we can check if everything is fine on our side.

Orders & Account

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account. You can checkout as a guest.

Creating an account is optional, but it makes it easier to:

  • View your order history
  • Track your orders in one place
  • Save your details for faster checkout next time
How do I place an order?

Step by step:

  • Choose the product you like
  • Select your size and colour
  • Click Add to Cart
  • Click Checkout
  • Fill in your name, address and email
  • Choose your payment method and complete the payment

After a successful order you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to change something, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Page. If production has not yet started, we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to countries within the European Union.

We hope to expand our shipping zones in the future.

How long does delivery take?

Our products are made to order and fulfilled with care. This means your order isn’t pulled from a big warehouse, but created especially for you.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Netherlands & EU: usually 6–10 business days

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During busy periods (for example holidays or high order volume), delivery can sometimes take a bit longer.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace link.

Why does shipping take 6–10 business days?

Every item is produced after you place your order. We work with production partners in Europe to ensure:

  • No unnecessary overproduction
  • Higher quality control on each item
  • Less waste and more mindful production
  • Faith-inspired apparel made with purpose

This made-to-order process takes a few days longer than fast fashion, but we believe it’s worth it.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days after it was placed, please contact us so we can check the status for you.

You can reach us via our Contact Page and please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout

We’ll look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

How do I request a return?

Please submit your request via our Contact Page with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with the next steps and instructions.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are generally at the customer’s expense, unless there was a mistake on our side (for example a wrong or damaged item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Can I exchange an item?

In many cases, exchanges are possible for the same product in another size or colour, if available. When you contact us about a return, please mention that you would prefer an exchange and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
